National shipments are made with the BRT service, which delivers the package in approximately 48 hours from when it is entrusted to it, excluding islands . International shipments are made with UPS and arrive in 4/7 working days from the moment they are entrusted to them.

Delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped , not when it is placed.

You can choose to purchase with your preferred payment method: credit card , bank transfer (shipped when the transfer arrives), PayPal or Klarna.

The items can be returned within 28 days of the arrival of the package and will be considered free only if returned with the same courier used by the company. The return must include the original packaging including accessories and any refund will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the item.

Items not returned , returned incomplete , ruined , damaged , deteriorated , soiled , or in any other condition that reasonably suggests they have been used or worn, cannot be refunded or replaced . It is advisable to try the shoes on a rug or carpet, so as to keep the sole intact and return them unused.
